Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. nanas44 will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
nanas44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. The Platform displays all balances in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Minimum single deposit: RM30. Minimum withdrawal: as specified in the cashier section of the Platform.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and live betting rules available in the respective game or betting market. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
nanas44 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed and accepted in error — including bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest error in the Platform — or where the outcome of a market has been determined by event manipulation, technical failure, or any circumstances rendering the result void under the applicable sporting rules.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and are subject to change at nanas44's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nanas44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
